Returns & Refunds: Physical Wellness Products
  • Custom Made-to-Order Consumables: To ensure the highest quality and freshness, all organic teas, coffee concoctions, and custom-blended wellness products are produced specifically for your order. As a result, these items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
    • This also pertains to the online Metabolic Reboot Coaching Program.  It is a digital product, thus sales are final upon receiving the online material every month.  Monthly subscription cancellation: with 72-hour prior email notification to stop automatic purchase of the following month's payment.
  • Health & Hygiene: Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any food or beauty products.
  • Eligible Returns (Candles & Red Light Gadget): You may return unused candles (in original packaging) or red light therapy gadgets within 14 days of receipt.
    • Items must be in their original, unopened condition.
    • Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
    • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
    • To start a return, you will also need to notify us at info@healthconfetti.net 72 hours prior so we can track the return.
    • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If any product—including custom blends—arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@healthconfetti.net within 72 hours of delivery with photo documentation. We will prioritize a replacement or refund for any items damaged during transit.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
